Nowhere near 5,000 km
So, I got nowhere near 5,000 km last year. Lockdowns and life got in the way and I only managed 2,656 km in the end. 2022 is not starting much better. I have been a bit unwell; it turns out there are illnesses other than COVID, who knew! As a result I've only done 35 km in the first 9 days of 2022 so getting to 5,000 km looks to be a long shot. However, I am going to be optimistic and set my goal of covering 5,000 km again this year. My other resolution is to actually post updates occasionally! In other news, I got a new toy for Christmas - a ShadowStand . This magic piece of perspex makes your bike appear to be balancing with no means of support in photos: ShadowStand magic!
